PEARLY STEAMED MEATBALL WITH SALTED EGG
Ingredients
1 cup rice
300 g minced meat
1tbsp chopped garlic
1/2. Carrot ..chopped
1 stalk of spring onion (chopped)
4 salted eggs
1tsp rice wine
Dash of pepper
1tsp of sesame oil
Methods
1. Soak rice for one hour, drain well
2. Separate egg yolks from the white .
3. Mix minced meat , chopped garlic , carrot , spring onion and all the seasoning together. Stir in the
egg white. Mix well.
4. Wrap egg yolk with the minced to shape as a ball.
5. Coat the meat balls with soaked rice.
6. Grease a dish and steam meat balls for 30 minutes.

After 30minutes the rice will be cooked and fluffed up like this
Before serving cut the meat balls into halves.
