A
2cups of minced chicken
1 tbsp minced garlics
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp corn starch.
2 tbsp chopped crab fillament.
B
8 medium sized prawns devein
make a slit in the middle.

Wrap prawn with a tbsp of minced chicken    to shape like fish.
Put black pepper corns as eyes.

Steam for 15 minutes.

Mix ingredients A together

Wrap prawns with a tablespoon of the chicken mixture

Actually I didn't intend to  share it like gold fish but the more I shape it the more it look like gold fish.

So I just Put pepper corns to form fish eyes.  Idea just came during preparation time.

Steam for 15 minutes.
While waiting for the prawns to be ready I prepared cucumber rose for decoration.

Cut cucumber into thin slices. Arrange ten pieces of cucumber slices overlapping halfway.
Roll up and cut the stack of cucumber into half. Place half portion of that cucumber rose
on the center of the plate of the steamed prawns.

The dish is ready to be served. Enjoy...

Enjoy and have a nice day.
